Privacy notice
Last updated 21 Oct 2026 (SAST). Covers mensmercatus.online and the AI Lab — the leave-details form, company visit notes, and browser tools.
Who we are

AI in your browser
Job posts, questions and demos run in your browser. They are not sent to a third-party model API. Models are served from this site.
If you leave your details
When you tick the consent box and submit, we process your name, email, and optional company, role and phone so Katlego only can follow up. You are not emailed automatically. Legal basis: consent (POPIA). Ask for deletion any time at the email above.
Company visit notes
Unless your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we may record organisation-level visits (which company network viewed which pages, and for roughly how long). We do not store raw IP addresses — only a salted hash of a shortened prefix. Home and mobile networks are ignored. No person-level lookup from an IP. A daily note goes to Katlego.
Site speed
Load and layout measures may be included with the same privacy rules, to keep the site fast.
Cookies
No advertising cookies. Theme may use localStorage. “Personalise this page” uses sessionStorage for this tab only.
How long we keep data
Lead details: up to 180 days (or sooner on request). Visit detail: about 30 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection — email Katlego. You may also contact the Information Regulator (South Africa).
